Support

Last updated October 20, 2026

How each part of Caute works, from catching your first page to connecting an assistant, is in Help.

Write to support@axionarylabs.com with anything about Caute: the web app, the iPhone app, or the browser extension for Chrome, Firefox and Safari. A person reads every message.

It helps to say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead, and which browser or device you were on. Please don’t send a token or a sign-in link: we never need one.

Common questions

  • The sign-in email hasn’t arrived. It comes from notify.getcaute.com within a minute or two. Check your spam folder, and that the address is spelled right. Each link works once, for 15 minutes.
  • Signing in to the extension. Click the Caute icon in the toolbar and choose Sign in to Caute. A window opens to sign in and approve the extension; there’s nothing to copy. In Safari, sign in in the Caute app instead, and the extension uses that. To sign it out, use its options, or disconnect it in Settings → Apps and tokens.
  • A page didn’t save properly. Some sites show a check for robots instead of the page. Open the page in your browser and catch it with the extension, which saves what’s on your screen.
  • Taking everything with you, or leaving. Export your whole library, or delete your account, in Settings → Export or delete.
