Spaces decide who and what
Everything lives in a space, and a space’s members are the people who can read it. An assistant connected by one of them sees only the spaces they chose for it, and never more than they can see.
A space can be kept away from AI entirely: no assistant can read it, and nothing in it is sent to a model.
Admins can see and limit
An owner or admin can block an app from every space in the workspace, and see each month’s agent activity by space, with a CSV to download.
What the team agreed
A decision lives in a shared space with who agreed it, the date, the cards it rests on and a review date. The team’s owner says who agrees decisions in each space: any member, or named people, any one of them or all. An assistant can propose a decision and never agree one. Every assistant a member connects is given the agreed decisions first, marked agreed, and can tell them from what someone merely proposed.
